Rose Zitiello, Executive Director  Rose brings 30 years of professional experience in the field of community development.  She is an attorney and has served as the manager of bank relations for the City of Cleveland Department of Community Development negotiating annual commercial and residential lending and investment goals for Cleveland neighborhoods.  As a former community development block grant planner, she managed planning and development in the Westown, Cudell, Detroit Shoreway, Tremont, Ohio City, Kamms Corners, Bellaire Puritas and Little Italy neighborhoods.

Chad Dasher, Associate Director Chad has over 25 years exeperince in the field of community development with a background in housing & commercial program management and as an administrator. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a B.A. in Urban Studies; he is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a graduate of Neighborhood Leadership Cleveland. He is the organizations point person for commercial/buisness assistance.

Marcia McGee, Housing Programs Director  Marcia rejoined WCDC in 2023 and is the point person for the organization's housing repair programs and housing rehabilitation referrals.

Evan Cheney, Service Coordinator I  Evan has been with WCDC since May 2014 and supervises the Court Community Service work program as well as other neighborhood service-related projects and volunteer initiatives.  He is also a graduate of Cleveland State University with a B.A. in Urban Studies.

Michael Hall, Service Coordinator II  Michael joined WCDC is 2022 and assists with the Court Community Service work program as well as other neighborhood service-related projects and volunteer initiatives.
